The report is part of my final investigation about services and facilities at the Hotels to obtain the Certification in Hotel General Management from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Some information was translated from Spanish to English because of we couldn’t find any available information in English on this time. Some information it was harvested from my Knowledge experiences around 5 years working as Management Assistant in the hotelry industrial (5 Stars Hotels in the Dominican Republic) and others reached by Internet sites and other different documentary source like Hospitality Management's Books and Marketing’s books. We try to given information the more important topic about lodging facilities and some additional issues, in order to supply the best data collection. Also we take into account the historic development according to the done, and we are included some terms about realty estate and laws due to that the Hotel Management is involved in many implementation of projects and negotiations in these legal terms.
